Pickled Onions in Honey

Method

Warm 1.2 litres of vinegar, then dissolve 230g of honey in the vinegar. Allow to cool. Place peeled onions in jars and pour over cool liquid. Can be eaten after 4 days.

3lbs or 1 1/4 kg pickling onions

1.2 litres of vinegar

230g of honey
