Glazed Lamb

Method

Roast lamb according to your taste. 15 minutes before lamb is ready, drain off fat and pour combined honey, orange juice and lemon juice over meat. Return meat to oven and baste frequently until end of cooking time. Add chopped mint to pan juices and serve sauce separately.

1 tablespoon Arataki Honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon orange juice

chopped mint
