Glazed Carrots

Method

Cook carrots in boiled salted water until just tender. Drain. Add honey, lemon juice and butter. Shake saucepan so mixture coats carrots. Serves 4 to 6.

Ingredients

3 to 4 carrots, sliced diagonally

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons Arataki Honey

1 tablespoon butter
