Heat honey and add juices. Blend together then add sour cream and oil. Add fruit pulp and coriander. Pour over fried or grilled fish.
200g Arataki Manuka Honey
150mls freshly squeezed lime juice
5 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped coriander
300mls freshly squeezed orange juice
75mls extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons sweet fruit pulp
