Boil honey and water for 3 minutes. make tea with 4 teaspoons of loose tea. Stand for 3 minutes and strain. Leave these to cool. Add juices and ginger ale just before serving. Garnish with fresh fruit and mint.

2 cups orange juice
2400ml ginger ale
