2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Arataki Honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
1/2 clove crushed garlic
lots of fresh ground pepper
